Letting go of who you’re not, to become who you really are.

It sounds so simple (spiritual truths usually are), but they’re also NOT always so easy to remember to actually DO.

To have a false identity, mask or persona  is called ego. To defend that ego is the true definition of arrogance. We do this because we think we are that false self.

When we embark on getting to know, trust and be our true self, our authenticity returns, and love can start to flow again…
