I’m a certified trauma-informed spiritual coach, soul plan reader, yoga teacher, energy worker and hypnotist (in training).
I offer soul blueprint activations (using soul plan, astrology and human design), clearing and healing, as well as deeper transformational alchemical journeys, to support you on your journey back to wholeness.

My life’s work is to help you transform chaos, challenges and the uncertainty of transition - however big or small - into the magic of transformation. Whether it be a huge life altering break-up, move, loss, death or identity change - or a smaller chapter of uncertainty, stuckness or fear.
[My Life’s work in Gene Keys / Conscious Sun in Human Design is 3.3 - creating order from chaos, on repeat. My rising sign Scorpio is conjunct Pluto in 12th house, meaning my identity and path in this life is one of constant, deep, and life altering transformations.
I know what it is to be thrown into the fire. Again and again and again. In the forging of my soul into gold.
For the longest time, all the change in my life made me think I thought I was doing something wrong. Until I realised it was simply my purpose.
I’m here to hold you hand, be in your corner and inject some fun into the first stage of alchemy: FIRE - that I’ve so grown to love, accept and play with.
The first act of creation is destruction.
The clearing of space doesn’t need to be painful - injecting some sacred trickster energy and learn to play with fire ;)

When life pushes us through big changes, it can be confronting, disorientating and trigger shame. Our ego resists, and is often loudest right before an old pattern is transmuted. Sudden shocks rock our foundation and can leave us feeling uprooted, confused, wobbly and uncertain - as if the rug has been pulled out from under us.
It can be extra challenging to hear our inner guidance amidst all this external and internal noise, interference and disturbance. The thing we most need to be able to navigate us through.
But it’s also during these times of upheaval, that we’re offered the opportunity for profound transformation. These times often serve as an initiation into a new level of self-awareness, self-responsibility and embodiment. The opportunity to make a catalytic leap in our consciousness - to evolve, grow and expand into more of who we truly are.
What I’ve come to realise is that…
Our greatest challenges in life are, in fact, the greatest opportunities we’re ever given to grow.
That’s why it’s during my biggest life challenges, I’ve always found and benefitted from the support of a guide, coach or mentor.
Someone who recognises the spiritual initiation taking place. Someone who has led themselves through a similar experience and knows how to safely navigate the path ahead.
I’m not here to tell you what to do, or do the work for you. You have all the power and answers you already need within you. But I am here to offer support for a more peaceful and enjoyable path through it all.

The lifelong psychological process of bringing the fragmented, hidden, repressed and unconscious aspects of the psyche (shadow, anima/animus and archetypes of the collective unconscious) into the light of our conscious awareness. Moving beyond conditioned personas, and shifting the psyche’s centre from ego to the Self. Becoming your true, unique and authentic whole self in the world.
AlchemyAlchemical Magnus Opus
Psychologist Carl Jung, believed that ancient alchemy gave us a symbolic map of the stages of individuation to represent the stages of our psychological and spiritual transformation, towards full self-realisation. He called this the alchemical “great work” of our lives. Life Alchemy is essentially the lifelong process of our Soul’s Transformation.
What does Life Alchemy have to do with ‘Individuation’ and the 'Magnus Opus'?-
My approach situates the deep psychological and spiritual transformation of the inner work that we do together within the context of the lifelong, ongoing and cyclical process of individuation.
Individuation focuses on the integration of the conscious and unconscious aspects of the psyche towards becoming our true, unique and authentic whole selves, aiming for spiritual freedom and soul transformation. We prioritise this over merely maximising our potential or ego-driven achievements.
It is a spiral path, rather than a linear process, where we often revisit the same psychological themes, wounds or patterns but at deeper levels and from a higher perspective each time.
Drawing on the symbolic wisdom of the stages of the ancient Alchemical Magnus Opus helps us to access and recognise what stage of our individuation journey we are navigating. Helping us identify the characteristics and qualities of our experiences within a more universal framework.
The underlying stages of alchemical transformation toward individuation are objective and therefore universally applicable, whilst the journey of individuation remains deeply personal and unique for each individual.
Life Alchemy focuses on trusting life as our ultimate guide for this transformation process, honouring it’s infinite intelligence, mystery and grace with reverence.

Letting go of who you’re not, to become who you really are.
It sounds so simple (spiritual truths usually are), but they’re also NOT always so easy to remember to actually DO.
To have a false identity, mask or persona is called ego. To defend that ego is the true definition of arrogance. We do this because we think we are that false self.
When we embark on getting to know, trust and be our true self, our authenticity returns, and the love can start to flow again…

The rub of what feels too small, too constrictive, too fake has become too much! You’re exhausted - sick and tired of the performance, of playing parts that never felt like yours to begin with.
Maybe your life no longer feels like your own as you walk yourself through it, playing a million different roles each day - none of which really feel like you anymore.
Or maybe you know who you are, only to be pulled back into situations where you have to ‘fake it.’ Perhaps its a job where you can’t be 100% yourself but feel trapped in, just to pay your bills. Maybe it’s a relationship where sharing your most intimate needs feels like it might risk the relationship, so you stay quiet.
